I honestly don’t know how many times I have been on the phone with Paul, having conversations about a new bow section, a hull, or another vessel. For years, for one reason or another, it just wasn’t the right time. But now it has finally happened — we sold our ship with a trade-in through PC Shipbrokers.
It started with a visit to determine the price together and to take photos for the website. Not long after that, we received a call saying there was interest, but with a trade-in involved. The viewings of each other’s vessels went very smoothly, and financially we quickly found common ground. PC Shipbrokers arranged the shipyard and inspections, and before we knew it, we were sitting at the notary’s office and everything was settled.
After signing all the documents at the notary’s office, we all went out for a meal together to celebrate the good and pleasant cooperation.
